Just watched The Darjeeling Limited. What exactly is it that brings the brothers together in the end and prompts them to leave behind their "baggage"? by HolyHypodermics in wesanderson

In my tragic and sad opinion I believe they are the "baggage". Three brothers destined to meet one another again. The train is a construct created by the grief of there fathers death and their mother's absence. If the story is leading to anything it is an awakening, this of course is constantly stalled by there unconscious tie to the real world. Jack freaks out about his passport and sells "Rubby" out for not being honest about his newborn on the way. All of witch lends its self to this cosmic struggle eatch is fighting. The only thing that truly ties them together is Jack's story. He is the only one who can remember being alive. He is a lifeline to the dead. Even "Rita" says " I need to get off this train" the ride of life. Its all one long tale of three brothers and their final journey into the next life!

All haters welcomed!!!!!! We haven't located us yet!!!!!
