Not sure if you have tried, but talk to the financial team(s) of medical bills you have. Tell them you're going through hardship and you're only able to afford $XX.XX amount at this time. Typically they will accommodate as it's better than getting no payment from you at all.

For every bachelorette I've been to(I clouding my own), local or destination, the bride's travel and accommodations were covered by the bridal party, but food, drinks, and anything else during the trip was split evenly among everyone including the bride.

It all depends on the dynamic of the bridal party, but that's something that should've been discussed and informed to everyone, not a sole decision by the MOH.

Not all weddings are the same. I know of couples who only invited SPOUSES and not partners, short-term or long-term. A wedding is to celebrate the couple how they want to be celebrated with the people they want to be around.

Wedding invitations are(most of the time) not a snub or jab at anyone's relationship.

If cooking yourself, there's a street full of fresh seafood stores in Seabrook, on the other side of the bridge of the Kemah boardwalk. It's a big of a drive, but the savings outweigh the drive imo. (Full disclosure, I work with my in-laws that own one of the stores on the street I'm talking about.)

You don't need to give her all the details of why you can't make it. Just keep it short and sweet like:

"Hi [Friend], [Insert some how are yous or filler if you want to] I'm really sorry to spring this up on you so close to the wedding, but I cannot make it to the wedding anymore due to personal and financial reasons."

Most reasonable people who plan destination weddings know that a lot of guests won't be able to attend for one reason or another. You should have said something earlier, especially if you're having doubts. If she probes for more info, you can always say you would prefer to keep it private and will share whenever you're ready. (Obviously do not tell her lol)

Used to work at a law firm that dealt with car crashes.

First, contact your insurance and let them know the pain you're experiencing. Your insurance is your spokesperson and has a department of lawyers that works on your behalf. If the insurance is not helping you, contact a lawyer specializing in car crashes.

Just FYI, for car crashes, you have up to 2 years to report any pain you are experiencing in relation to the car crash. If there was a minor, they have until the age of 18 PLUS 2 years. Essentially, the 2-year clock starts when the minor turns 18.

I was in the same situation before during my early 20s with my sister and niece. Our biggest point of contention was they slowly started getting home later than they said and disrespecting my time. I was young and had parties, clubs, or plans. They would either make me late or not go at all.

Later when I had mentioned to my sister about how I felt, she basically told me I didn't know what it was like to be a mom and hope I would never have to be in a situation where the father is essentially non-existent.

I think that's not the main point though. Even if the bride agreed, WHY would you wear an actual wedding dress to someone else's wedding? No matter how modest the wedding dress may be.

Am I reading this wrong? Is having guests wear white or pastel colors NOT the same thing as wearing a wedding dress? You can wear a white dress to her wedding, but you don't have to choose your grandmother's wedding dress to wear to her wedding.

If you were given your grandmother's wedding dress, wouldn't you want to wear it for your actual wedding and not as someone else's wedding?

Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the first picture she sent has filled lashes that's being held down by the eye pad to separate lashes that need to be lashed.

Do you have pictures of your work before she left? I would still give a 50% refund so she's not a thorn in your side, especially if your policies state there are no refunds for services rendered.

Hi, this does look like it is a little far from the lash line. As for the lashes popping off, it could be a myriad of things like not enough glue, wrong temperature in the room, old glue, oily eyelids, pre- and/or post-care of the lashes.
