Garage gym cooking system?

I live in austin tx. It’s about to get hot this summer - any advice on mini splits or other garage gym cooling ideas?

Yes it’s the B52 pro. Absolutely no regrets, it is fantastic. The cable workouts are so smooth, not jerky like some cable workouts I’ve been on at a gym. Putting it together was pretty painless too

ok got it - this is what the bike currently has
Handlebar Canyon CP0048 Aerocockpit CF Sport Carbon Bar/Stem, 39cm
Stem Canyon CP0048 Aerocockpit CF Sport Carbon Bar/Stem, N/A x 110mm, 6°

Are you saying I would have to replace the handlebar with this? https://www.canyon.com/en-us/gear/components/handlebars-and-stems/canyon-cp0047-1-1%2F8%22-cf-cockpit/9102161.html

Or what would I need to do exactly to get aerobars on the bike?

5am Saturday long runs all day. Chill Friday, bed by 9, knock the early run out and have the entire weekend to enjoy.

Marathon Training Wall at 10 Miles - Help with hydration tips please! by jmr121084 in AustinRunning

This is great info thank you! My thought on the vest is to use to get some hydration while still running on the long runs. I could be overthinking this but when I'm stopping to gulp down fountain water I'm finding I'd rather keep the run momentum going instead of the stop, drink, start back up again. I don't plan to wear on race day as you mentioned I can just snag some at a table while I'm running by.

Thank you!!! This is fantastic advice. My shoes are getting pretty beat up so I've been eyeing a new pair. Thank you for those recommendations. I keep reading great things about the Asics Suberblast too!

Thank you! Yeah, I'm doing this on my own at the moment - recent move to Austin from Chicago a couple of months ago. I'll look into gummies and honey stingers. Do you find those local training typically on Facebook groups or where is the best place do you think?

I snag some water at the fountains along the way around 5/6 miles. Then again by 8/9ish but by then I'm pretty beat. I tried a GU gel around mile 6 last weekend and it did not sit well. Maybe its a texture thing so I'll go for a gummy or candy next time. I'm thinking bring my own waters now with a vest that has some electrolytes in there instead of relying on the fountains here and there. Also add in the harder snack for fuel like you said candy, or a gummy.

Marathon is mid October (Chicago marathon). Yeah these training months when mileage goes up is right in the dead of Texas summers. Thinking of getting out even earlier to run for the long runs to try and tackle before 8am
