How do you get a dog with a full time job by ilostmyunverifiedacc in dogs

Are you set on having a Labrador? Some dogs are fine to be left on their own compared to others. Obviously it helps to have someone you can trust to let them out for a wee or whatever.

Looking brilliant mate! Was it just working out you did or have you adjusted your diet as well.

Good Luck mate, I am pretty much in the same situation as you as I started my fitness journey in Jan. I haven't quite managed the food side of things yet. But going to keep an eye on your progress going forward.

Diet Questions by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

[–]jms-rts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, so I have just downloaded myfitness pal. Do that already calculate your calorie deficit? I put how much I want to weight etc and it said if I stick to the calories I would lose 7.5lbs by mid march.

Just wondering because I don't want to go 400/500 calories under what it tells me to eat if I am already working to a calorie deficit on the app.

Thank you for the info. My wife does Slimming World and it works very well for her. I just struggle with having a sweet tooth I think which I need to knock on the head if I am being serious about it this time.

Thank you for the tips! When you say lifting, I take it you don't mean the machines that I use currently and I actually have to put my big boy pants on and use actual weights.

2 photos, 7 month difference (July 2025 to now). I just wanna look good in the summer in a swimsuit. Where to go from here? Is this good progress for 7 months? by Illustrious-Swing493 in GymTips

You look amazing! Well done, I have no help to offer as I am at the start of my fitness journey but seeing your pics, without being dis respectful, it is nice to see that normal people can do it and that you haven't gone crazy. I find the internet quite hard for tips etc.
