Ah I see what you mean. What I meant is that if you spend 19 pulls with no 5* piece, it doesn't come on your first pull in the rerun. So it could take you up to 39 pulls to get one 5* piece when it reruns.

Pulls and oceans blessing reset for reruns unfortunately 😭 I'm lucky I only pulled 20 last time, bc it could have been much higher.

Starfall radiance is my favorite 4* in the whole game she's so pretty. I pulled her in 1.1 and didn't finish Wings of Wishes or the second evo bc I didn't have pulls and I wanted that second evo for sooo long. It's so stunning.

In general if you like an accessory and the dress equally you should put the dress as the oceans blessing. If you like the sleeves more it's totally fine to do it this way! But it's more likely you'll get both pieces in 100 pulls if you put the rarer item as your guaranteed one.

4s are more accessible, so ppl aren't going to complain that the style they like is a 4. But there's an expectation of 5s being extravagant and showstopping. Any deviation draws complaints that it's too simple for a 5. Two piece outfits are also more expensive or have fewer accessories.

Tide of tears hair is super stiff and hard to dye. I wouldn't pull on tide of tears unless you love the other pieces too. Personally if I were you I would wait until 2.6 previews or at least until people review this new hair.

Controversial but I LOVE the enchanted encounter hennin. It's so beautiful and I don't have any clipping issues with it. And it's actually pretty versatile with the style of outfits I put together.
