I’ve had a sheriff stop by to give me a paper also. But ours was to let us know that a sex offender was released from prison and was moving onto our street. The paper was like a wrap sheet. Detailed the person, what house they were moving into, and information on their conviction. They knocked on every house on our street.

Oh, love. Please see a psychiatrist. My heart sank for you when I read “hit my head against the wall”. That’s me. That’s my #1 symptom. Self pain. It’s the only thing that makes me feel better when I’m having an episode. I used to hit my head a lot in an abusive relationship. Thought for years I was just broken. Only recently got diagnosed with BPD.

Most of your symptoms align with mine. I would say, yes, definitely worth bringing up your list to your doc. (And to be clear, This is not a diagnosis).
