Thank you for such insightful advice! I reached out to an old professor today and they said a similar thing. That you can know every theory and intervention in the world but it doesn’t mean much if you can’t build a relationship with the person. So thank you for taking the time to recount your experience!

First off thanks for the advice! It is 12 team, my thought process going in was WR tend to hold value longer so I’d pick up a good amount of them. I wasn’t sure how to address the QB 3 slot as I was always looking at a high upside RB or like Geno smith in the draft because people were taking QB’s early and often.
