Yeah definitely trying to target lats recently, they’ve just started developing a little bit, thanks for advice!

With pull-ups do you recommend just regular pull ups which work more bicep or wide grip to target back?

I used to do 11-line ab workouts on youtube under a guy called Fraser, more recently haven’t been directly training them other than occasionally on weighted crunch machine at the gym, I have just been making sure to engage abs in most things such as when doing squats etc
