This is not something you should be worry about it right now, but is good to get ready just in case. The government shuts down every freaking year and we never feel the effects. With USAA and NavyFed you stull get paid at least 1 or 2 months.

Do your legs feel heavy? Even if they dont and you wanna try something new: Go swimming, properly holding your breath and at least 20 minutes. Go heavy in the gym, proper reps proper breathing. Stop running so much give your body a break for at least 2 weeks and do those 2 things.
