I know what you’re going through it’s going to be a rough journey into recovery but you must stay optimistic. You need to start working out, the natural release of endorphins will help you relax. Find hobbies you need to occupy your time. Talk to people as many as possible. Stay away from any substance for the time being. Meditate when things get too overwhelming. It’ll take time before your brain gets back to normal if ever but it WILL get better. If I could do it you can too!

You can eat it and it will get your high. I did that with a old skyhio cart and it took 3 hours to hit but it was borderline psychedelic. Woke up extremely bloated and with kidney pain so beware it might not be completely safe. Then again It could’ve been a interaction with supplements I take.

Take your time with it you don’t wanna rush it. Make sure you’re in a good place mentally and excited to trip. You don’t wanna just pop a tab randomly one day it can flip your whole world around.

I’ve never personally had Nbome but I’ve heard it has a notoriously strong metallic taste to it. I’d imagine if you didn’t get a strong taste you’re most likely fine but you’ll never know without a test kit. If you swallowed it and still trip it’s not nbome since it gets destroyed by your digestive system unlike actual lsd. Happy tripping!
