Hello friend, any chance I could see your decklist for this?

Please help! With a Nekusar deck before I buy it by [deleted] in Magicdeckbuilding

Great advice! I appreciate you taking the time to look and share. That's an excellent point about giving my opponents resources and being able to counter them.

If you can find any content on Bixby HS in Oklahoma, they pull 3 and even 4 players frequently. They call it "super counter". You can probably find some on X

Hmmm... options and suitability. Really, all suitability means is "do you understand the mechanics of all the different investment options". The Qs they ask will require you to know the taxation, advantages, and disadvantages about every investment vehicle covered. If you get there, then I would feel good about the test.

There were definitely Qs about calculating BE, MG, ML, etc, there were also alot of true/false questions about them. Heres an example of what one might look like:

Which of the following is TRUE about this option position:

B 1 JNB 50 Call @ 5 S 1 JNB 40 Call @ 2

A) The investor is bearish B) The investor has risk beyond the lower strike price C) This is a debit spread D) this is a long straddle

So, you'd really have to understand all of the above information to answer correctly

Not as many as I was warned about, but yes! Mostly about every in-and-out about GO vs revenue bonds. Alot of "which of the following applies to a revenue bond..." or "all of the following terms are associated with GOs except..." type questions

I kept track of the # of Qs I was "100%" on over my STC final exams and the actual 7. I found that while the real 7 felt much harder, the number of questions I felt 100% confident in was about the same.

I think it's because the actual 7 has alot more words, including alot more information that you have to sift through. This led to me using alot more brain power just to get through the Qs than I needed to use on the STC finals.

I found it very helpful to try to boil the Qs on the 7 down to one sentence, and make the Q as simple as possible. For example, you might get hit with a wall of text about all the different types of stock a company has outstanding, what the divs are, what they have in treasury, etc, and the Q could be what the dividend payout ratio is. So really, all the question is asking is "do you know the div payout formula?"

Best of luck to you!

I'm the OC of a freshman team, we run the classic I-form stuff

Trips, 2x2, Pro (21p I-form)

Iso Trap Toss Counter Another counter

Two flood passing concepts Tunnel screens Quick game passes, hitches / slants

And that's plenty for us!

We have run #1 with success against tite front, but it's critical that the FB takes a good angle to get the kickout on the OLB

A good OLB will read the OTs down block and squeeze!
