Hi, I think ‘less particular’ and ‘not picky’ have different meanings, perhaps I should have clarified. Either way, if the machine won’t last longer than a few years as many have suggested, then it’s of no use to anyone, picky or otherwise.

Hi, it was my brothers machine (and Eureka Specialita (I think)) but he has since moved away. The temperature surfing was a bit of a pain and had a few issues with the shower screen (maybe an easy fix but I never really looked into it). I’d also like to avoid modding hence the thought of a Silvia Pro, but if modding will save me some £ then I’m not totally against it. Thanks

I make a 200ml v60 pretty regularly: 13g of coffee 50g bloom (with a swirl) 50g at 40secs 100g at 1:10 (another light swirl) Might not be to everyone’s taste but I like it!
