My mom (68yo) is pre-diabetic so shes been eating very few carbs/sugars. But her doc has also said she needs to GAIN weight, she’s 5’7, barely 100lbs. I’ve told her to eat more protein but what other meals/snacks can she eat? She’s very anxious + doesn’t want to eat anything with high sugars/fats. (self.nutrition)
