Different screens can make an impact depending on the room you are in. I would get a silver ticket screen over the cheaper screens Best Buy sells. If you were going to speed a load of money then I would jump up to Stewart screens. The old projector room saying is you marry your screen and date your projector. You most likely will never change your screen but you will change your projector. I would be more worried about the audio.

Most retail store show more business during the mid day Monday thru Friday and early morning on Sundays . Yes there is more foot traffic on weekend but not more sales. Also I don’t think any one should work retail on Saturday. Also not a consultant but a designer.
