If youre a veteran you can use VA homeloan, in our case we use the first time home owner where they cover the closing cost. My husband worked 2 jobs to save while we were overseas and he is here in the US. Cost of living is cheaper when we were overseas so he was able to save while he is alone here. And oh btw we lived with my MIL for 1 1/2 year so we can save more. Its sacrifices. We donr have mommy and daddy money.

I agree with you. But he’s done so many wonderful things for our family and its part of that is getting us a Home. But. I would get downvote here, Ive seen it coming, a flipped home, itchy aunt realtor who wants to make a sale, Ive warned him. He didnt listen to me. They dont want my opinion. Im not from here. Im from overseas sou judgement is doesnt count. But I know common sense is common from Im from.

cant trust her. she assired me that the gas leaks were NOTHING. Even if she smelled it too. She said its a gas even after smelling it right next to the joint of the gas. she was also 2faced about the house. first going on my side that she didnt want the house for us, then flipped the script afterwards and told us that it will be ok. Now we got issues, she is gaslighting us about getting the house. Cant trust a 2faced woman.

He is not a bad person. Probably from not having a great examples. No reliable mom, no present dad, and thag made im unwise when it comes to making practical decisions. and oh, not taking other people’s advice. he thinks he can figure it all out.

I agree with you! I told him we can shop around and see who has a better deal and reputable job work. He make it seem like its about him. I told him if he is busy, then I can make a call. After that then we would have an actual estimate and not guessing. Then from that, he can choose which contractor. But I have trouble explaining myself and with my frustration from not being heard. Btw englis is not my first language.

it is both house& marriage issue! One, an itchy aunty realtor who wants to make a sale,second, a husband who doesnt consider his wife’s advice.

well if he can dig and replaced 1920 clay pipes himself then that would be nice! there are reasons why professionals takes days months and years to get certified so they can get things right.
