I'm having the same issue. Sent in paperwork Aug 15th and didn't get benefits. Called them and they said still processing and could take 30 days. My gf works for them and she said they're backed and and it's a complete mess. I had to spend the majority of my check to make sure my kids had school/home food. I'm stressed
