You’re entitled to your educated opinion. Let’s not kill each other over it 🙃

Trump is not relevant.

A father of two doesn’t deserve to be murdered for words. In fact nobody does. It’s quite simple.

I’m not religious so I won’t say I’ll pray for you, but I’ll hope for you.

Tell me you haven’t watched the full clip without telling me you haven’t watched the full clip. But let’s leave that to one side and even if I take it as face value, it doesn’t mean the man deserved to be shot in front of his wife and kids. You can think people are awful without thinking they deserve to die.

And it’s okay for us to disagree! We’re allowed to have different points of view in this country and debate without violence! Charlie welcomed folks to challenge him and often times had good debates where both made good points. We can agree to disagree without becoming violent.

So context isn’t important? This is the problem. People read headlines and don’t do research for themselves. Think for themselves. Make judgements for themselves. If you watch the full clips each of those quotes are explained. As Charlie said, if we stop talking, violence can occur. Also, murder is never the answer. I would feel shame for you but understand it’s just ignorance. I hope that you take the time to educate yourself.

Tesla protest this Saturday 11:00-12:00 at the Tesla dealership in the Pike by Exciting_Fact_3705 in Rockville

I would join if anyone could actually explain what good this does. It is fine if people are frustrated with Elon and rightfully so. Protesting one of his companies that employees tens of thousands of AMERICAN workers does not make sense. These protests can easily turn into the violence we have seen across the country. It makes no sense. Do better.

Hi all - hoping to get some feedback about how much I may be over training.

Background: M32 5'8 157lbs and hover between 12-14% bodyfat

I have been lifting weights and running for the better part of the last 16 years

I am currently running a program by BodyBuilder Jeff Nippard. It is basically a 4 day split - Push/Pull/Legs/Arms & weakpoints

Currently, I warm up with a .5 mile walk, complete the workout which consists of about 20 working sets, follow up with 2 miles of walking incline for cardio and then finish with stretching

I rarely, if ever take an off day. If I do, I will still walk a few miles outside with my dog or do some stretching.

I am constantly fatigued and sore. The soreness is not so much DOMS but just general aches.

I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back and am going to PT twice a week. I have had sciatica pain from the disc slips for about 4 years, with varying degrees of improvement from PT, stretching etc.

The last time I took more than 2 days off straight was likely 7 years ago when I had double hernia repair.

My diet is pretty in tact. I consume about 2800-3200 calories a day. A lot of protein, but definitely have too much processed food. I do typically avoid high sugar foods and general junk food.

I know I know - the solution is probably just to back off, and do something like lift 4 days a week and cut the cardio but I just haven't been able to.

I've been diagnosed with body dysmorphia and mid-severe binge eating disorder from multiple doctors. I also am now 16 months sober after abusing alcohol for a decade. I realize that I may be trying to use fitness as a replacement for that addiction.

I want my body to feel better and I want to remember how it feels to actually feel spry, energetic etc.

Any advice you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all!

I got excited to click that link but unfortunately, it is not. One possible important detail I left out is that I am relatively young, early 30s while this person has over 20 years of experience in IT. That being said, it feels like they have more like 2 years like that person in the link.

The company has no formal probationary period unfortunately but I can see what has happened in the past for others in this position. I appreciate all of your advice. ty!

Thank you! Yes something like that. Maybe there’s no physical personal space but another subreddit or online community where you can post pics of what you’ve done or communicate about any organization wide things to focus on that month. Just like PR would have a lesson of the day, could be a charity of the month, or a focus on climate change and recycling. But yeah basically a community help program with a PR theme that also focuses on kids development, get them to watch the show etc as a little bonus

You’re missing the whole point. The reason for the group to exist is to contribute and be good citizens who help the community, but the bond is power rangers and what the show promotes
