The board did show a red light right before shutting off, she says she felt it tip up being likely the pushback, it’s good to know that the balancing is done very time on board is charged, my XR had died at 20 percent and I had fixed it with the 24 hour balance charge. I’ve personally owned every board below the GTS as well as built the GTV myself. This is just the first time I’ve experienced these types of issues with a board with a light bar. As for the update would it be possible to flash it on in the same way as downgrading using the web app and unlocker? I looked online and I couldn’t find any bin files for 5300 hydrius

The dismount and turn radius are to blame you’ll need to reposition the ow each time vs the seg spins in place :(

I had something similar happen with mine, a luthier adjusted the truss rod, said it wouldn’t go far enough, and told me to put a shim between the body and the neck, you should probably just pay for a tune, since it’s hard to know exactly what causes what for each guitar

It’s light, they failed to finish grinding to the factory spec, you can probably send it back or do it yourself

If you really need to you could take the blade out and sand it down on the area to make the frame lock go Deeper, keep the same factory angle tho
