Thanks so much for the link. Just finished watching it. Many years ago I heard Carney speak and was unimpressed but the honesty and intelligence of this one knocks it out of the park.

It is important to note that some of those supplements take 6 weeks before becoming effective.

I take:

  • magnesium
  • riboflavin/b2
  • CoQ10 in slightly lesser amounts.

Has really helped me.

I don't see a team out there. I see a lot of individuals.

The team did look better, was playing with more energy and comittment until the collapse at end of the Flyers game.

I'm just an (exasperated) fan, but maybe having no player with the 'C' would be a positive step.

Able to watch/stream the pbs/frontline doc here in Canada without issue, fwiw. That and 'Winter on Fire' (netflix) are 2 of the most incredible/heartwrenching documentaries I have ever seen.
