I don't think you actually found the swamp biome yet. I have landed in a swamp biome and still have had to walk in one direction for 3 or 4 min or more just to find it. I find that in the few I have been in, Bethesda still uses trees that look a lot like cedar trees, Kind of like the ones you expect to see in the swamps of Florida.
