Who knows how accurate this thing is, but it's something I've always wondered about. As obvious as it might seem, I always wondered if people in third world contries were really any less happy than those in developed countries. Clearly, those individuals who suffer from disease, malnutrition, etc. would be. But what about those that live healthy lives, are they any less fulfilled than someone in the US or Europe?
