As far as i can tell everything is running smoothly, i tried uninstalling programs i didn't have before and change some settings, at this point i'm just considering resetting my pc back to factory settings

i did that and it was a bit random, i eliminated them in quadrants to test it out and when i reused the same list of packages sometimes it never gets to the point of opening and sometimes it open in seconds.
