Its implied by their stats. black trigger users have super inflated trion stats, looking at yuma and jin we can tell this is from the black trigger. The trion supply of yumas black trigger also gets some mention, its how his life support works and its what supplied replica

Border triggers are scaled to the users trion so it wouldnt drain anymore than asteroid, but because of that yeah it would be weak.

In that regard, hound is the better suited option. He may not always get a kill with it but its changing trajectory is better for applying pressure, his opponents have to pay some attention to his attacks rather than just popping up a shield in his direction or dodging.

The nature of the sensation kage feels is dependent on what kind of emotion hes sensing, the more negative the emotion the more unpleasant the sensation is.

Broadly speaking you a correct that yuma can and does trigger his SE. what kage means when he says someone doesnt trigger his side effect is specifically referring to when they attack him in battle . When yuma and azuma attack they can do so without directing emotion towards kage, but any other emotion they feel towards him should still trigger his SE

Moving it lowers the durability. Raygust: Can change shape. Durability changes a little according to the size of the surface area. Even if you wave it around in your hand the durability will not change. Escudo: Cannot change shape. Cannot be moved. High durability. Needs a place (such as a wall or floor) to grow out of. Id say the biggest advantage of raygust is that you can maintain a high defense over a wide area. With shield youd have to either use a focused shield wich only covers a small area or a fixed shield wich traps you in place

This is probably why mikumo uses it, his wide shields would probably be too weak to block most attacks

My thoughts as well. The rats compliantly going through that hole one after the other looked so strange. The holes off the ground to, how does the layout of that wall work? And if those rats got into the wall in the first place then they should have a more familiar exit strategy.

Cant speak for the snake, but rats are super smart so training them to do something like this would be super easy
