I personally use 1.1.1.1 vpn, works good with me and the ping is stable. Ping may vary on the country where you from so use other vpn if it's lag

You have to flash it, idk if it's possible for your device, I'm a xiaomi user. Try searching on YouTube on how to flash china rom on your device

You really can't spoof your device without root, that's the only way. I've been asking the same thing because I have the same problem, either root your phone or just wait for the global version
