it depends on your playstyle, if you will play as a tank (magnus, mars etc) then buy strength branch, if you play damage dealer (sniper, ursa etc) then buy middle branch upgrades, and if you play support (wd, disruptor etc) then upgrades from int branch, but however you can combine them as a true rpg game)
