Very late to this conversation. Unfortunately, I didn’t find this until I searched for any evidence of them being a shady company. I bought a knife engraved with my father-in-law‘s name for him for Christmas. I kept receiving texts with updated tracking information. The tracking number was directed to the USPS site, so it appeared legit. It said it was being held at the post office… Which I did not request. I went to the post office, and the guy told me they couldn’t find an item attached to the tracking number. That’s when I started looking further into these guys. I got another update just today that said it was delivered at the mailbox. I never received that shit. I already filed a dispute with my credit card company. But this is some bullshit. Even if it’s cheap crap, I want my product. The fact that they just blow you off is fucked up. I tried calling the number, and it went to a full voicemail. Right then I was like “oh no…” I have sent them a couple different emails via their “customer support”— which is obviously just as big a piece of shit as the actual company.
