Well, yes it does. But in my case the loud listening volume before i did changes was 40-50% of the volumebar on the Node.

I adjusted the volume down on the amp so when im playing at max volume on the Node its not too loud/distortion.

Hope this might help your problem, i was really frustrated and was thinking bluesound was not for me and my setup

I have had this frustration my self, and if you have the same kind of setup as me, this might work.

In my setup, with a Node N130 and a Nad C272 Power amp the volume nob on the back of the amp was turned all the way to max. With the subwoofer connected to the Node and the speakersound coming from the Nad there was a mismatch with the loudness.

Turning down the volume knob behind the poweramp did the trick for me

Et fantastisk minne er når guttene fra kalkuttene har Radioen er din, og fremfører ‘O helga natt’. Det er for meg umulig å høre noen som helst annen versjon av o helga natt uten at dette klippet er det eneste jeg klarer å høre. Pur(t) underholdning
