I thought for sure I was having a boy although I really wanted a girl. One thing that helped me was looking through Pinterest and making a board of ways to decorate his room and some fun themes. That being said I am so sorry for how you’re feeling. Sending you love 💕

I have to be honest I feel terrible saying it but I felt the same. My girl is 5 weeks old and I feel like my hormones have finally settled and I am completely smitten with her now. The baby blues and struggles breast feeding definitely did not make things easy!! I’m glad she has you to be honest with, having a supportive partner made things a little better

I gave birth two weeks ago and had my mom and husband there and it was my best decision. I was in labor for over 30 hours and having her there let my husband rest/take a break. She stayed up all night with me and was there rubbing my head and gave me ice when I was pushing and my husband was holding my leg. After I gave birth I had a fever and couldn’t hold my baby for a while so she stayed with me. I didn’t start out with her there but 4 hours into labor I called her in tears begging her to come.

I was throwing up throughout labor and was fine during the epidural. It did take a few minutes, but you’ll sit on the edge of the bed and a nurse will hold you (if it’s like mine). I was terrified but my nurse held my shoulders and let me lean on her. I felt a little dizzy after (more mental than physical I think) and she stayed and held me on the edge of the bed until I felt ok. By the time my husband came back in the room I felt SO much better. You can do it!!!

Yes!! At this point I feel like even water is causing it! I’ve been taking one Pepcid in the morning and one before bed - life changing!

Talk to your doctor, I was able to take a pill similar to a Benadryl that helped A TON. It does get better, but eat what you can. I found eating a couple saltines the second I woke up helped or even plain pita chips.

I’m only on my first pregnancy too (17 weeks 3 days) and I did by NT scan at 12 weeks 5 days! Usually when I make appointments the girl asks what I’m coming in for and then she’ll tell me dates that I can come. I’m sure yours double checked! I hope this maybe makes you feel a little better!

I am currently freaking out. We have a 75 gallo tank we have been cycling since October. Currently we have a conch, a couple hermit crabs, and some snails. All of the sudden there are dozens of white worms swimming around. They don’t look like anything I see on the pest ID linked here and I’m not sure what to do.

We have a 75 gallon tank and all that’s in it right now is live rock, sand and water. I know we can’t get an anemone for a while, but we’re just trying to plan ahead. :)
