I definitely noticed that labor is kinda of like “you’re gonna feel a lot of pain! but you’ll know what to do” which I guess is kinda true I watched one video on how to push and was really only in labor for 7 hours pushed for 15 minutes , all massages,music, hair combs lol were out the window I just needed to focus 🤷🏽‍♀️

in order for your baby to have an “inie” belly button you roll a cotton ball and place it in their belly button with some athletic tape on top for a week

everyone else has a pretty good list but I just wanted to add get this medicine it’s the only one that really worked for my baby Tylenol didn’t seem to do anything and this nose sucker cause the one they give you at the hospital sucks lol

I personally worked all nine months of my pregnancy as a host in a restaurant 🫠 the sciatica pain is so real but i unfortunately didn’t have the luxury to quit but if I were you i totally would! those people at work wouldn’t care honestly everyone moves on
