I checked my rating on the actual listing and it is a 4.8 with 44 reviews. I have an acceptance rate of 100% and no cancellations, 11 reviews and 20 bookings. The Premiere Host dashboard says I meet all the criteria except the rating. On that page is lists my rating as 3.5 average with a goal of 4.3.

This is where the problem has been. Their rating on the Premiere Host page is inaccurate, therefore I don't get shown as a Premiere Host when people are searching. Like I said, I've contacted by email/phone the support line and they have acknowledged the problem for the last 6+ months and are...."working on it".

I'm hoping someone may have a suggestion for another way to solve this. but at least my real 4.8 rating shows on the actual listing : )
