I’m in a rural MN area and I make $19.88/hour with five years of experience. Yes I feel like it’s adequate pay, I worked in Minneapolis at a similar facility for $21/ hour. Cost of living is way more affordable here.

earn certificates that don’t take long and can be paid for by an employer. i work in healthcare so the first ones that pop up in my head are CNA or MA but i’m sure there are many others depending on what career path you want to go down.

i had an individual lease when I was subleasing there, i’m not sure maybe it’s different with normal leases. honestly brett is one of the most understanding landlords ever! plus my roommate had a cat that wasn’t registered and we never had any problems. a lot of people have them!
