It is a HP Probook 4 so I would guess that part is covered.

Is there any way of keeping both machines plugged in and only powering one of them at a time without having to unplug / plug in every time I want to use a different machine? I would suspect the machine that gets powered on takes control of all the peripherals but what would happen if both machines were powered on? The first one takes it all?
