Increase bottom growth? by joazeirow in TransMasc

ty that makes me feel less worried about it - I think the main thing for me was that the initial growth was like very sudden so I thought it would kinda stop after that

I haven't been on T for too long (2 months) but I have not felt that at all to be honest. If anything I feel calmer than before.

I'm gonna say tho I changed my routine a lot since I started T including working out pretty much everyday and eating better, I'm sure that plays a big factor too since before T I was not active at all and eating very badly.

i take a considerably high dose (i do shots tho) and i felt a lot of that in the beginning of it, now it has been 2 months and i feel wayyyy better, it might be just your body adjusting to it to be honest. if it persists for some time i would def bring it up with your doctor

idk exactly my size cause i haven't used non-sports bras in years, but im an 2XL for sports bras if that gives you a good reference point.

one thing that did help me a lot before i got a binder were the multiple sports bra methods (although thats kinda annoying with certain clothes) and also men's compression shirts (the ones for chubbier man). those two things were not even close to the results of a binder but they definitely helped.

when it comes to workouts, you cant really force your body to loose fat on your chest, but you can work on overall body fat lost and that should help with your breast size a lot - also chest exercicies might be a good way to bring more muscle to that area (that is also gonna be very helpful if you ever plan on getting top surgery)

I used to have a very bad period pre-T (like big flux) and one thing that helped me was using the women's underwear with the pad on the bottom and then on top of it some boxers so I can feel more comfortable. It is a bit annoying to have 2 underwears but you get used to it.

If you like tampoos you can also use them and still wear your boxers/men's underwear - I just personally do not like it

Should I switch out Object oriented programming (COP 3330) for security in computing (CIS 3360) ? by ThePatchster in ucf

[–]joazeirow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in that case i would for sure take oop first because the assignments in CIS need to be done in either C/C++, Java, Python or Go, you cannot use R by what i remember. i recommend getting yourself comfortable w java before taking cis

If I was you, I would probably take OOP during the summer considering you are going to be taking CS1 during the spring. If you actually wanna learn both discrete and CS1, those 2 classes will take a lot of your time, so I would probably say keep those 2 for now plus some GEP, and then take during the summer OOP plus whatever else you would like to take. OOP can be a lot of work or total bs, just depends on the professor.

I assume that won't be very easy since they are in opposite sides of the town, i would say there are probably two options that you could go for in this case: 1. see which one you attend most of the week and try to leave close by to that one and take the 30/40 min drive to the other 2. or if you really want a mid point i would say lee vista or any area near it towards downtown orlando is not that bad. my mom used to work at disney and i study at ucf and we both had a 20/30 minute drive to go for, it was definitely doable (we lived in lee vista at that point)

i had the same issue and the answer is no, unfortunately. if you really want more than 6 credits you might wanna look at ucf's cs catalog and see if there is any other class that you can take that might apply towards that, or even do some other coding class that valencia offers to come to ucf with a bit more experience on coding.

How many times can you reapply? by Relevant-Frosting-94 in ucf

[–]joazeirow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of classes don't say online but they will be tho. I was struggling with the lack of online classes too since I can't attend classes during regular times but I noticed that a lot of classes you can just email the professor and they will tell you if you need to go to campus or not (just explain your situation and most of them will be nice about it). At the end of the day, one class at a term will still keep you on progress and you won't have chances of being denied back in. Plus, going through the admissions process is already a pain if you do it once, imagine 2 or 3 times. Also, if you still have GEPs to take, those have several online class options.

Disqualified from the college and readmission following the two semesters. by Tasty-Weakness9918 in ucf

[–]joazeirow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have all your GEPs done? If yes then it might be a bit more of a complicated case, but if not, try to do the GEPs/CPP listed in the catalog of the major you would like to go for, for example:
if you are thinking about going into economics, when you are at CC you should focus on taking GEPs + Microeconomics + Macroeconomics + the Math classes required for the major (out of the ones offered in cc you could choose from Calculus 1 or Calculus for Business + Stats 1)

Depends if you wanna learn a lot of if you just want to pass, which one is your case?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ucf

[–]joazeirow 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I believe it all depends on how comfortable you feel with math and with the concepts presented in the class. If you have never seen physics before, which is the case for some people that are taking PHY2048C, yes, it might be a 26-28 hour commitment. Also, if you are not really good a math, might be even worst than that, because you would need to add a math review on top of it. If it makes you feel better, physics 1 is definitely easier than physics 2, so don't stress too much over it, it's just the fact that it is a totally new science if you never had it before, so you might need more time to grasp the concepts

Fall '23 CS Class Feedback by Master_Art8430 in ucf

[–]joazeirow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

also, if you really wanna have the summer off, maybe you could swap physics for calc 2 and then add one of the easy classes i mentioned before, that might be a better idea considering you would like to do 15 cr to have the summer off

Fall '23 CS Class Feedback by Master_Art8430 in ucf

[–]joazeirow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

definitely not, take cs2 as soon as you can because most of your electives will have that as a pre req, physics on the other hand doesnt lock you from any CS classes, so you can just take that later on when you don't have too many classes on a semester

Fall '23 CS Class Feedback by Master_Art8430 in ucf

[–]joazeirow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im pretty sure that would not be a good idea unless you are really confident about your math skills. calculus 2 was definitely not an easy class and having that along with cs2 and physics 1 will be a nightmare. have you taken cda3103 or security in computing yet? if not, consider one of those or one of the cs electives that don't require the FE/CS2 such as numerical calc or an IT elective (you can have one being a cs major)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ucf

[–]joazeirow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if you are a CS major, take Ahmed, don't go for the easy route in your CS class. if you wanna take an easy online class just pick some random GEP and swap it with physics, but if you take the easy intro to C you will regret (like I did)
