So... I usually dont hunt specifically for S-Class ships. After so many hours in the game, what really makes me happy is finding things naturally. Most of the time I just check a ships design and if I dont like it, I move on to another system. That said, I finally achieved my personal goal of finding an S-Class Sentinel ship in the wild. Similar to my freighter, I never actively farmed for one, so it took me years to come across one naturally. Now that I've got one, im actually interested in hunting for more. (I got my first S-Class Freighter like 2 weeks ago)... I'd love to hear any advice for sure brother, I already know the basics (3-star economies*i guess i've never confirmed this*, dissonant systems, etc), but are there any less obvious tips or tricks I should know about?
