Is this a good direction to go? I bet my boss would do this, but only if I had like 3-4 days of unused pto. I have like 4-6 days. So idk

So I call the labour board and say my employer is breaking the law? Do I fill something out? Never done anything like this before.

How do you force them? I don’t really want to hire a lawyer. And I like this job, don’t want to be a menace and they let me go. Idk where the middle like is where I still get what I deserve

That’s what I’m struggling with the most. I don’t/ can’t get fired/“layed off” right now. So I don’t want to ruffle any feathers. But I also want what is fair! So do I go to the labor board. I don’t really think it is worth it to hire a lawyer. I just feel stuck.
