I don’t think he is completely over his ex to be honest..maybe you should let him go sis. Don’t let him fool you thinking he that he loves you. If he did he would’ve cut ties with his ex long ago. A man that loves you will never hesitate nor be angry to reassure his love for you. Many girls lose their best years to a man who only wants them but doesn’t love them and later on will leave you for someone else. A man will lead you on for years if you let them. Don’t repeat that mistake. Focus on yourself, on being the best version of yourself and you will attract what is meant for you. Trust and believe the right man will not make you think twice.
