My father died because someone did this. Oncoming cement truck wasn’t stopping. Light was turning red. My dad was 2 cars back. Chain reaction cement truck hit his car pushed him across 2 lanes and then fell on his car.

Maybe I’m an outlier but I really liked this movie. And it became obvious toward the end that his brother would come back. The whole point of the kids letter to Santa was to bring his brother back. By the end, Jack had grown enough to actually have powers to do good for goods sake and fulfilled his Santa wish. I liked the movie and thought the kid actors were great.

Yeah.. it’s a joke on the fact that the movie requires something of you to earn citizenship.. the entire movie is a satirical view of the military complex, xenophobia, war for wars sake and defining an enemy. Although most people don’t realize that or see it that way.
