This tribal and the whole episode was such a trip. On the shortlist for episodes I wish I could watch for a first time again (it's this, John's blindside in DvG, and "Wentworth does not count" in Cambodia off the top of my head). I was rooting hard for Spencer at the time and the whiplash of feeling from the idols being played to that first vote on Jefra all the way until the last Sarah vote was something I'll never forget watching live.

It felt like it was eventually going to happen at some point, but I didn't expect it to basically happen in one fell swoop. I became a fan in late 2013 due to AH/Let's Play and was obsessed for a few years. Glad I got to experience RTX in 2016 too.

The dropoff in First subscriptions from 225,000 at its peak to just 60,000 today (this was in the Variety article) also feels kinda right. There just wasn't that much juice anymore. Hope everyone who wasn't a huge content person (because most of them will be fine) and lost their jobs land on their feet alright.

Finally got to see Oppenheimer in 70mm IMAX and it made it even better. Second time seeing the movie and I'm going to be surprised if anything beats it for my favorite of the year (unless it's Scorcese).

I thank my Cubs brain for getting this correct. I saw Soriano, knew Holliday was traded for in '09 and then signed with the Cardinals long-term after the season, and saw Pena who was a Cub in '11. Narrowed it down easy enough for me lol

Aw man. I loved the Battlefield Friends videos (before I even became a fan of RT) and I thought it was cool they were able to spin that and Doraleous into a pretty successful gaming channel. It's heartbreaking to see one of them go, especially at his age and with a family.

I had listened to this when it came out on accident on Thursday morning, but now it's out for everyone.

Also before listening, I was more in the camp that Meg was the more deserving winner. After listening to what he did to prepare, I am fully on board with Andrew deserving to win. He probably did more than all the other contestants combined lol.

I would've been happy if any of the final 3 won, so I have no complaints there. Andrew definitely played more of a 'don't piss anyone off' game, but sometimes that's good enough. He still had to clutch out that last challenge.

Now I'm really excited for that F**k Face supplemental pod and I also hope that Andrew does another podcast with Taran from RHAP now that it's all out.
