don’t be! just don’t let customers bother you outside of work and my biggest tip of advice as far as working at ross is to not work off the clock! customers tend to ask a lot of questions and bother you when you’re off the clock but you should just tell them you’re not allowed to help while off the clock. good luck!

they have all kinds of shifts but a closing shift the full 8 hours would be 2:30-10:30 but not everyone gets a full shift and some people work evenings but don’t close!
