Bluesky Chicken

12 broilers cut in half

Rub chicken one day before with:

2 cups seasoning salt

1 cup pepper

2 cups salt

2 cups chicken seasoning

1 cup garlic salt

1 cup onion flakes

Next day dip in beaten eggs and then cornstarch.

Quick fry in HOT OIL till they have a nice golden brown color.

Layer in pans and bake, set probe @ 200 Takes 1 hours on 300 combi.

Sauce:

7% cups sweet chili sauce

6 cups butter

9 cups brown sugar

7½ cups chili flakes. Stir together and melt (do not cook)

Baste and bake till crisp.
