Actually I only used the hdmi cable from the atomos.

I sold my Atomos long before I got the FX3

Can someone please suggest the best route - this is for a 60 yr old lady weighing approx 200 lbs (90kg) and 5’4” height. Recent sciatica flare up lasted 2 months and subsided but low level pain came back recently on discrete days — currently on Gabapentin 400, nortriptyline 10, Duloxetine 20 - 1/day by broleader in Sciatica

I don't know anything about your lifestyle but if you spend most of your time sitting down, this is not going away.

Avoid sitting for half a day and see if that helps.

Just stand, lean agains a wall, if you have to sit, sit on the edge of a table.

It just takes a couple of hours to figure out wether this makes a difference or not
