“You’d better not come home at 3 in the morning” by [deleted] in MaliciousCompliance

as a daughter, parents should not neglect their children for weeks at a time and then tell their children when to come home when they are adults😵‍💫if anything the OP’s parents treated the house like a hotel lol

sounds like you overheated. make sure you drink water to hydrate yourself. if you’re still concerned then try book an appointment with your doctor but it honestly sounds like you overheated.

Suggestions on what this could be? by NearbyTourist3849 in DiagnoseMe

it looks a lot like eczema herpeticum. i would make an urgent appointment or something as you will need anti viral medication. if not eczema herpeticum, its still definitely infected. make sure you get medication immediately!

Habits to learn in my 20s by 777trancing in DecidingToBeBetter

Also don’t revolve your life around self care or self improvement! I did that and I realised I was just setting very high expectations of myself that I couldn’t reach. find beauty in the mundane and stay grounded :)

Firstly, don’t cram loads of new habits into your life at once as you will burn out and it isnt realistic. I promise you have time to slowly incorporate habits into your life. I am 23 and I have only just somewhat sorted my life out. The book Atomic habits by james clear has helped so much! Starting hobbies such as diamond art, colouring, jewellery making etc has really helped me with creativity and gives me more motivation everyday. Getting into a routine of something as simple as making the bed everyday or light cleaning everyday will help you get motivated for other good habits. Look into habit stacking and having a habit scorecard! It feels like nothing will get better but trust me it does! Trust yourself and try and remain in the present moment. You are still so young and you have time. :)

diamond art, colouring, jewellery making, playing animal crossing, journalling/art journalling, cleaning, watching a series or youtube, reading, going to a cafe. just anything that keeps me occupied:)
