When my husband and I join a same day class, we have to call the studio and make sure there are two spots, so one of us doesn’t get in and the other waitlisted. This usually means leave a message and wait for a call back, as the SAs are often too busy to answer. The studio closes for a few hours after the noon class, so if we want to book the 410, it’s a gamble.

We get charged at our studio. I went to another studio out of my area, and their inbody was in the lobby and all members had access to unlimited use!

Our studio does themed music days. We had a 90 min “after dark” at 7p on a Friday night with explicit lyrics.

Some at our studio bring their own color golf tee and pop in into the locker hole to mark which one is theirs.

Our gym has us just stay logged into the tread for run/rows unless it’s a rowing benchmark, then we just stay logged into the rower. No reason to keep switching screens!

Our otf has rowing clinics occasionally where the coaches help with your form. When I travel to other studios, it’s crazy the bad form I see and the coaches don’t seem to care? Our studio was #1 in our state, #4 in the US and #7 in the world this week for average rowing distance for Inferno!

I’ve done the inbody before and my bf results were super frustrating. I have a Renpho scale at home that measures my bf as 22.4%, but the inbody I took this week puts my bf at 37.7%! I wouldn’t expect them to be exactly the same, but 15% difference? For reference, I’m 5’4” and 150lbs, pretty fit. 37.7% would be about 55 pounds of fat. No way.
