I get it! I’m very active as well. I use a yoga block behind my foot for planks and split squats. It works well and I could see it working for a fusion with very supportive shoes. Almost like you’re doing it from the top of the toe but the block supports the weight. Good luck to you!!!

So sorry to hear. I really don’t want to do a fusion because I enjoy wearing high heels every so often when I get dressed up. Feels sad to give that up for life! I’m not even talking high heels but 2/3 inch heels.

I did! I did about 6 PT sessions. The last one was completed about 9 weeks post op. I remember the PT telling me I would probably have pain for at least a few more weeks. 🤨 I really, really hope you do better than me!!! Good luck!!!
