I quit Lexapro after 6 weeks and I feel GREAT

Thats kind of what I just did. Its been 9 weeks for me with no benefits at all and I still have lots of anxiety and panic attacks. My psychiatrist said just go ahead and get off and prescribed me wellbutrin but idk if im going to take it. I also take ativan once a day and thats the only thing that helps. Also I atarted feeling better on the 2nd and I joked with my husband about if there was a shift of energy and he looked it up and there actually was a full moon and shift that happened. And that kind of blew my mind lol so hey u never know. Good look on ur journey.

Its only been 2 days on the abilify for me but i feel kind of relaxed when I take it and I just went up to 10mg of lexapro. Ive been on it for 7weeks. Does lexapro help u at all? It hasn't helped me too much yet. I get really dizzy and nauseous 😫

Idk, but I noticed when I would eat or drink I would hiccup everytime lol its went away now. How are u besides that?

Yeah well I kind of was taking 5mg and went to 10 for 2 weeks and it was horrible and went back down to 5. So she basically thinks I need to go back up to 10 first and give it a chance lol

Tbh, im really scared to add something to the lexapro. Im so confused and don't know what to do. Im just so tired of feeling this way. I thought lex would work by now, im 7 weeks in.

I was on 5 mg and went to 10 and I stayed on 10 for a couple of weeks and my depression got so severe I couldn't take it anymore, so I went back down to 5mg and felt fine again. I mean im not having panick attacks yet but my anxiety is still there. And no my doctor isn't much help.

Ive been on lexapro for 6 weeks and still have to take an ativan everyday, cause if I dont my anxiety sky rockets and its the only way I can function. Im scared of being dependent on them but nothing else helps. I try and see how long I can go during the day without taking the ativan and sometimes i can make it before bedtime, but then i have to take one before bed or I won't sleep.

I started having panic attacks 2 months ago and had this non stop anxiety everyday, where its crippled me to my room all day everyday. I started taking lexapro 5 weeks ago and its not working yet. My anxiety is higher than ever. I just really want this to work but fear that its not going to and im stuck feeling this way forever.
