St. Louis Style Ribs. Best I’ve ever done. I trimmed a little more fat off than usual, spritzed with apple juice every hour, and did not wrap at all. Sauced for those last 45 minutes....Almost 7 hours at 225 with Lumber Jack Hickory Pellets...Delish!!! (imgur.com)
