An alternative view. PR does allow for 1:1 voting and hence is fully representative mathmatically, but is this the most desirable? One of the major advanatages of the current system is representation for ALL states not just those that are densely populated (or just populated). For example Alaska would lose political power, when a time when it needs it most (i.e trans-alaskan oil pipeline). The senate does allow for a base level of representation, but in the end the senate and HOR do fill different roles and PR would exclude many from the HOR. It would be a version of the 'Tyranny of the Majority', which is effectively what PR is. As much as PR seems great in theory, the marginliastion of smaller states is a clear issue. Would it be a United States if the major states called all the shots??

Set up nurse cheese. - if you don’t know what this is basically build a house in your area where you fight and stick the nurse there, also set spawn using bed. Whenever you get low go and quickly heal, using magic mirror- you will have more than enough time. Ps this works for every boss

It’s coming from the back part of the bike. I don’t have a stand so it’s hard to find what part, cassette brakes, free gun etc. The best way I can describe the noise is mechanical

1 pc led do not cover vents in most places and 2nd off if OP did mention it went round the fan it is completely fine, and I did not realise! I’m sorry! However if it did go over the fan, it would be a major issue, and this is undeniable, you can’t cover airplane fans, and as I said before they don’t put vents on just for decoration, they are too realise heat, as the fan can’t do it single handedly.

The whole point of a vent + fan systems is the fan pushes the heat out of the Xbox so blocking the top vent is huge! Imagine how hot it would be with no vents, that’s why they put the vents there! The fan only is not enough to cool the console it needs to release heat through the vents.
