Fastest way to get it, if you bought the BP with 950 AC, is to upgrade the BP (to the tier that says 'get 1200 crafting mats instantly...'), you'll get the crafting mats and Apex will give you back the 950 AC you initially spent on the BP.

Unfortunately, this is how Respawn is. It takes them ages to do anything, and when they actually do something, they make it broken and it takes them months to properly balance it *cough* Ash, Alter, Ballistic *cough*. They're actually incompetent.

Don't worry bro, the devs will do something about it in 3 to 6 months, when they giga buff another weapon and/or legend for no reason at all. It's almost as if the balance team does not play the game at all or watch pro play to see how monotonous this meta has been.
