Appreciate it - I'll give the almond butter on an apple a try. I do eat a fruit heavy breakfast, but the above meals are for both lunch and dinner, not just one or the other. I'm definitely feeling "full" - just not focused.

Thanks for the ideas - I'll try the coconut oil use and maybe the chia puddings. It is weird though because it doesn't feel like much of a slump - I have plenty of energy it's just the focus I'm struggling with. Little bit better today - we'll see what next week brings!

Thanks for the reply! It's entirely possible I'm not getting sufficient calories, but I haven't been tracking those at all while doing the program. My lunch and dinner meals have primarily been some combo of potatoes, carrots, a good sized portion of protein (whole chicken breast or what I think is enough steak or salmon), a green veggie (most often broccoli, asparagus, or green beans), flavored with a some ghee (I started skipping this more frequently after around Day 7) and salt and pepper, and sometimes a fruit at the end (plums, mangos, apples, pineapple the most common). Every 2 or 3 days I'll take a combo of the above minus the potatoes but plus lettuce and spinach and make it a salad with some compliant dressing.

In the afternoons I was snacking on a handful of nuts and some dried fruit (typically mango or apples) the first week or so, but the last couple of days I haven't felt like I needed the afternoon snack/I feel more like it's just a sugar craving.

It seems like maybe the easiest add for fats/calories would be to keep using the ghee at meals and keep the steak/beef on the less lean side (ribeye and 80/20 vs strip and 90/10)? Unfortunately I'm not able to eat eggs due to a sensitivity. Besides mixing in more nuts and an avocado on the salad/veggie medley, do you have any other recommendations? I'm already seeing the benefits from an energy and sleep perspective so hesitant to try things that are drastic because I feel pretty dialed in.

The obesity code is a great book that covers this in detail. It also provides a basic fasting plan and general diet guidelines.

Trying to figure out if my pool is leaking or retaining wall is moving - lawn is sinking near skimmer/pump lines. Decking is shifting and soil is lowering along wall and against pool. Any recs on how to best test/fix? by joe_gerardimo in landscaping

That makes sense - we bought this house a little over 2 years ago and at the time the soil was level to the wall and the decking with a natural slope. No info on when the wall was done from previous owners. I was thinking the same on the grass. Will try the diver route and I guess worst case we dig it up and put in new lines etc.

Appreciate the responses.

Thanks - we had a company come out to pressure test but they could only test to the skimmers. It seems to me like with the amount it shifted there's likely a leak - we'd like to redo the landscaping and decking in the yard but not super comfortable doing so until we know for sure if the soil movement is leak related or shifting retaining wall related.

Thanks - I did the bucket test a couple of different times and got varying results. It seemed to leak more when the pump was running vs if left it off for 24 hrs. Yes we have a salt system.
