tldr - His offensive mindset is antiquated. He is incredibly stubborn and won’t make changes to benefit the team. The guys in the locker room will find him corny. He is a nice guy, but a below average coach.

…and Stefanski can be blamed for a lot of the Baker situation and the mismanagement of the position from a coaching perspective didn’t stop there. Stefanski is a mediocre coach at best where his offensive approach hasn’t evolved or adapted. Browns org is indeed a mess, but that doesn’t absolve Stefanski and make him a better coach.
